Left-handed

It appears I am left handed.
My mother always told me I was left handed and that they taught me to be right handed in school.

When they did lasik check on me, trhey checked my eye dominance. I am left eye dominant which almost always correlated with left handedness.

Security: public

It appears I can still see, and sorta better.

The operation:
Strange. The big machines go over you.
Instructued to look at the red dot. Then a clamp comes down to force your eye open. Mildly uncomfortable. the clear thing presses to eye. suction. Then more thingys. Everything goes sci-fi. Bright lights. Force self to be relaxed and mellow. Trust.
Whirring. Can’t feel tha tactual cutting. Count down… 50 seconds.
Next eye. Same thing.
To minutes waiting alone with eyes closed in a room. My cel phone rings so I fumble blind for it.
Gut at laptop repair center wants approval to wipe the hard drive clean on the laptop. “Uh… ok.”
Next phase.
Clamps and lights. White circle. Watch the red dot. Red dot moves as wire is used to put the eye flap up, to pull it away. Magic unknown things happening. Brian be mellow.
And it is over.
Go wait. Feel relief. Doped up and dump.
Friends took me home. rested.

Now I feel great. Eyes sore. Vision imperfetc but clearing.
I will drive myself to post-op.

Should be back to photography and painting in a day.
